Get ready for the Tongariro School Rangatahi Hunting & Fishing Competition 2026!
This competition is open to ALL rangatahi — you do not need to be a Tongariro School student to enter!
Categories include pig, deer, goat, possum, hare, rabbit, trout and catfish.
Competition begins: Thursday 15 October
Weigh-in: Sunday 18 October, 12–1pm
Entry: $15 per person
Entries close: 5pm, Wednesday 14 October
Every entry supports our fundraising for a new junior playground!
