Entry Fee: $30.00 per rider
Conditions:Â
1.Late entries will be accepted with a penalty of $10.00 per team
2.One combination of horse and rider does not make a team
3.Schools can entre as many combinations as they wish and the four top scores from each school will count for the overall points.
4.School uniform and NZPCA approved helmets must be worn at all times
5.Riders and spectators entre at their own risk
6.Riders may only entre one mount for the points, however may ride another mount for an additional $15.00.
7.Horse may only be ridden by one rider.
8.Double bridles are not permitted.
9.Team managers are responsible for gear checks at all phases.
10.Riders must be enrolled at the school
11.Yarding is available at $5.00 per horse, please pay with entry.
12.Please take into account the ability of your riders and mounts when entering and be fair to the other competitors, by over or under facing competitors. The organising committee reverse the right to change the class riders have entered in.
13.If any class is too large and slowing the flow, that class will be split and brought together for a final, to get the top place getters.
14.Games run under the NZPCA rules.

Games and Rules:
Washington Bending:Â Rider goes up to the top pole and weaves down and up and returns home without weaving.
Mug Shuffle:Â Mugs will be placed on the first and third poles, riders will move mugs to the second and fourth pole, go around the fifth pole and shuffle mugs back to the third and first pole and cross the finish line to complete the race.
Ride and Run:Riders will ride up to the fifth pole, dismount, leaving reins, and run home leading their pony, over the finish line to complete the race.
